The Modal Shop’s Service Contract options for our Resonant Acoustic Method NDT systems offer users the ability to maintain operational quality while avoiding system downtime.  Annual Service Contracts provide: 

• On-site component recalibration services
• Additional on-site service and training
• Annual software upgrades
• Extended hardware replacement warranty
• Rapid response emergency loaner components

Whether a high or low volume user, Service Contracts help ensure quality and control.  Annual component recalibration and recertification validate system performance.  On-site expert training allows improvement of the NDT system operation.  With both software upgrades and extended hardware warranty, systems stay current and running with guaranteed access to emergency loaner equipment if needed.
